2157 REVIEW DENIED In terminating the guardianship of OJ Simpson's children by their grandparents, the trial court erred in (1) failing to consider the circumstances of the murder; (2) applying the wrong standard to the proceeding; (3) placing on the guardians the burden of showing that the father was unfit, rather than placing on the father the burden of showing that he was fit; (4) excluding certain evidence; (5) failing to take testimony of social workers regarding Simpson's propensity to domestic violence, which errors required a new hearing.
