Case Summary
2566 In the absence of prior similar incidents, the uncontrolled growth of bushes coupled with inadequate lighting and the presence of a homeless encampment in a parking lot were not sufficient to make sexual assault foreseeable or to impose on the owner of the parking lot a duty to protect against it.
