Case Summary
2433 An attorney who realizes that s/he has negligently or innocently misled the court has an affirmative duty to immediately inform the court, to request that it set aside any orders based upon such misrepresentation, and to refrain from attempting to derive benefit from the court's erroneous order, and may be sanctioned for violating this duty.
