p1571 When polling the jury to determine whether three-fourths of jurors agree with a special verdict, the failure to poll a silent juror does not warrant reversal of the verdict if the failure is apparent at the time the verdict is rendered, and the losing party forfeits the claim of error by failing timely to object to the incomplete polling.
