4909 For purposes of former Insurance Code section 11580.9 the owner of a leased commercial vehicle is engaged in the business of renting or leasing motor vehicles without operators if doings so was a regular part of its insured's business; the fact that an owner of commercial vehicles derived substantial income from leasing trailers without operators made it a regular part of the owner's business.
