P0799 Enhanced costs under Code of Civil Procedure section 998 and pre-judgment interest under Civil Code section 3291 are available in an arbitration under the uninsured motorist coverage in an automobile liability policy even if adding them to the award will result in a sum in excess of the policy limit.
