Finz Advance Tapes provides substantive legal case updates on a monthly and bi-monthly basis. These updates are delivered via audio CDs and downloadable / streaming .mp3s.

Each monthly recording includes a succinct, engaging summary, as well as an analysis and commentary about recently decided, critical published cases in specific litigation related practice areas.

Subscriptions include a list of cases and additional related citations, as well as access to our easily searchable free website index that includes a brief summary of every case discussed since 1992. The programs also qualify for between 9 and 12 hours per year of Self Study CLE credit in California.

All editions contain references to past case analysis and keep you informed regarding changes in case law related to past cases discussed.

All of your users will share the same account. If you subscribe to Streaming/Instant Download delivery there will be limits on the number of times the Monthly Edition can be downloaded or played, according to the number of attorneys who will be accessing the subscription.

We will ensure the number of downloads/instant streaming plays will be adjusted to ensure all of your attorneys will be able to play the resources an appropriate number of times. (and you are welcome to let us know your preference in the "comments" section of this subscription form too!).

If you are receiving your subscription on CD, you will be mailed one CD copy and may copy or distribute it to your attorneys as needed.
